When can You apply for a 100 % Refund?

1. You will receive a 100% refund if the licensed mental health professional determines that you are not eligible for our services, such as the ESA Letter and PSD Letter. 2. You are eligible for a refund if we do not provide the service within the specified timeframe of 24-48 hours, applicable to Business Days. Please note that weekends may cause slight delays. In California, Arkansas, and Montana, refunds for ESA Letter Services cannot be processed within the 24-48 hours time frame. This is due to the requirement of establishing a patient-provider relationship over a 30-day period before issuing the documentation, which may require multiple consultations before the eligibility is determined. For other services in the following states, such as the PSD Letter, standard timeframes apply. 3. You may request a refund if your ESA Letter or PSD Letter verification is declined by us or our team of doctors. To initiate a refund, please send an email to info@fastesa-58ab22.ingress-bonde.ewp.live. After an internal audit, we will process the refund from our end. 4. You are entitled to a refund if your landlord rejects your ESA Letter or PSD Letter, even after you have filed a complaint with HUD or other relevant authorities.

Cannot Request a Refund:

1. Refunds are not available for extra document services or changes to ESA letters unless the documents are rejected by the relevant authority and a formal claim is made with the appropriate department. 2. Your order is non-refundable, except in two specific cases: (1) if a licensed mental health professional determines during your consultation that you do not qualify for an ESA letter, or (2) if your ESA letter or PSD Letter is rejected by your landlord and you have lodged a complaint with HUD. If you decide to cancel before your consultation, a $30 administration fee will apply for processing the refund. 3. You cannot ask for a refund, if your landlord rejects your ESA or PSD letter for valid reasons. For example, if your ESA poses a threat to the health and safety of others or has damaged property. 3. You acknowledge that regulations regarding emotional support animals (ESAs) are subject to change, and it is not possible for us or your licensed healthcare provider (LHCP) to foresee these changes. The compensation your LHCP receives is for their evaluation and for issuing an ESA letter if you qualify. By accepting our services, you agree that no refunds will be issued if regulatory changes prevent or limit your ESA’s accommodation in any context, including housing and air travel. Moreover, no refunds will be issued if airlines cease to accommodate ESAs.
